A one hour online holistic consultation supported by a 20 minute Distant Reiki treatment
Together we will evaluate your current state of health, mind and soul and create a holistic program for deep psycho-spiritual healing
I will guide you using approaches from various holistic systems such as Traditional Yoga, Reiki, Ayurveda, Transpersonal Psychotherapy, Hypnotherapy etc, remaining flexible to your specific needs

How it Works
Upon booking you will receive guidelines for preparing a sacred space in which to go on this healing journey, as well as guidelines for receiving Distant Reiki
We will connect via Zoom or Skype for the consultation and disconnect from devices for the Distant Reiki session
After the session you will receive a summary report and I will follow up with you a few days later.
